Sometimes it only takes a conversation between the right people for something wonderful to happen.
On this occasion the two people were Rob Palmer, TV personality & JDRF Ambassador, and Rick Lenarcic from Southern Cross Austereo (SCA). And the something wonderful is a brand new set of awareness TV and radio ads for JDRF, plus $1 million in airtime on SCA.
Of course it took much more than one conversation to bring this wonderful initiative to life, but that’s how it started.
JDRF CEO Mike Wilson said the gift from SCA would have a powerful impact.
